But the verse that caught you, the thought that surfaced with it, the thing you resolved to do — that goes the moment you close the app. Open the same passage next month and you will not remember what you were given that day. There was grace, and nothing of it remains.

This app was not built to add one more way to read the Bible. It was built to keep what happens after you read.

The daily screen is four cards. The order is the method.

Choose where to read and mark the verses that stay with you. Two versions sit side by side, verse by verse, so a familiar line can be heard again in another translation. On a day when you do not know where to open, Find by Mood lets you start from where you actually are — grieving, thankful, facing a decision.

What word is God giving me?

Out of the verses you marked, write the one line that came to you today. This card is the centre of the app.
3Reflection & Change

Observe yourself through God's eyes, and note how you'll adjust according to His word.

How will you apply today's word to your life?

These four cards were built in the language of faith, but their structure resembles approaches widely used in psychotherapy.

Reflection & Change is where you observe the situation and rebuild your perspective on it, much like a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) thought record; Application is where that turns into concrete action. The daily habit of writing works like expressive writing, helping process emotion, while the calendar and statistics sustain motivation the way behavioral activation uses the accumulation of small wins. Find by Mood resembles bibliotherapy — coping material prepared in advance, matched to a specific emotion.

Faith and psychology are two languages for one thing — standing before the word each day, looking at yourself honestly, and changing a step at a time.

When those single lines add up

One day’s reflection ends with that day. Gathered, it becomes something else. What God has been saying to you all season only shows once it sits in one place.

That the most private thing you write is not on a server

A reflection journal holds what you have told no one. Fear, shame, what you have not yet repented of. It is not written to be seen.

There is no reason for writing like that to sit as a copy on somebody’s server.

This app has no account. No sign-up, no email, no password — so there is no personal data to leak and no password to forget. Your reflections, marked verses and reading progress live in your own browser, and you move them yourself with Export / Import.

To write down the word God is giving you, it has to reach you in your own language first. Read in a learned language it is understood, but it does not land. Every label, date and book name is translated into six languages — and so is the Bible text itself.

For churches and mission organisations

The app is a set of static files with no backend. That makes it unusually easy to adapt: a translation is one data file and an interface language is one text file. A community whose language is missing from the large Bible apps can have a working reader of their own.
